One of New York City's top plastic surgeons, Dr. Eli Levine, has offered an exclusive assessment to the Daily Mail suggesting that football star Cristiano Ronaldo may have undergone multiple cosmetic procedures, including dental work, a nose job, and hair restoration, since his debut 22 years ago.

Dr. Levine, who has not personally treated Ronaldo, analyzed before-and-after photographs and first noted a "significant change" in the striker's nose. He believes the subtle refinement and noticeable narrowing of the nasal sidewalls are consistent with a rhinoplasty, indicating the nasal bones were likely fractured and reshaped, in addition to adjustments made to the tip.

Ronaldo's famous, bright smile has also undergone a transformation. Initially, he wore braces for crowded and gapped teeth, but within two years at Manchester United, dental veneers appeared to have fixed his alignment. However, Dr. Levine suspects the dental work extended further, suggesting Ronaldo likely had surgery to reduce the amount of visible gum, a condition known as a "gummy smile." This could involve reducing the alveolar bone to reposition the upper gum area.

Beyond the teeth, the surgeon assessed Ronaldo’s remarkably smooth and high-cheekboned face for a man nearing 40. Dr. Levine believes the flawless, wrinkle-free appearance of his forehead and surrounding areas suggests the use of Botox to erase wrinkles and crow's feet. Furthermore, his perfectly maintained high cheekbones likely involved facial fillers or fat grafting to maintain volume typically lost with age.

Finally, regarding his thick hair, Dr. Levine speculated that Ronaldo may have received PRP treatments (Platelet-Rich Plasma) to stimulate hair growth or even a minor hair transplant, as his hairline shows virtually no recession.

Dr. Levine estimated the total cost of Ronaldo's suspected cosmetic enhancements could be as high as $250,000, concluding that the procedures were done correctly over time to achieve a naturally refreshed and aesthetically pleasing result.
